Do you charge a per ticket fee?
Our fee is per license for the software, not a per ticket fee. We believe you should be able to create and keep your own ticket fees.
What kind of equipment will I need to use your software?
Our software is web-based, so all you need is a computer with a browser to use the software. To print tickets, you will need a Windows-based machine to connect with the printer.
Can I sell season tickets or subscription?
Yes, our software includes the ability to sell season or subscription tickets.
What options do I have for ticket delivery? Do you offer print at home?
You create any kind of delivery method you choose to keep track of your different methods. Our software also includes at Print at Home option to allow patrons to print their tickets from a PDF.
Do you charge a separate fee to use different modules?
We do not charge a separate fee for different modules; all are included in the base license fee.
What if I don’t see a report I need do you offer custom reports?
Our Support Team can get you almost any report you want, based off your needs.
Do you offer training?
We offer training to any and all clients from new employee to refresher training. See our training page for options.

Are my customers transaction secure?
Yes, your transactions are secure. Our software is PCI PA-DSS 2.0 certified and uses AES encryption for all stored card information.
I want to learn your software do you offer courses?
We offer training as needed on-site and remotely. We occasionally offer group training if there is interest.
We are interested in doing some fundraising; can your software help us with that?
Yes! Our software has a built-in fundraising ability to capture donor information as well donations.
