We highly recommend our ticketing software training—particularly for new clients. We’ll provide specific instruction based on the needs of your organization and ticketing processes, so you can get your up and running as quickly as possible. The TyTix Support Team is highly skilled and has performed training for fairs and festivals, arena staff and even large sports tournaments.
Training can be performed on-site at your location or remotely with the assistance of remote desktop viewing software. For new clients, we recommend 2-3 days of training for new clients after software installation.
