Our Cash Drawer Management (CDM) solution enables venues to track in real time what’s been sold, how much cash is floating on the floor or festival grounds, plus cash drawer balances including overages or shortages. The TyTix software also allows you to print customized photo ID badges for employees, volunteers, vendors or anyone else who needs access to all, or pre-defined areas of a venue. Barcodes printed on badges allow for scanning which help you maintain more security control, track the coming and goings of personnel and limit access when necessary.
With the TyTix software, you can:

Our detailed reports provide venue managers with an insightful, analytical look at event data. Standard reports include: daily sales for financial transactions, to-date event sales, event attendee lists, event sales analyses and more. Essentially, you can generate a report for anything the software does.
Some customers also request customized reports, which we can also provide. Reports can be tailored to a specific stakeholder such as marketing, security or accounting, and can pull data by individual gate, compare purchasing groups by age/interest/zip code, and examine buying history.

That said, if a support issue should arise, we have the technical goods to deliver: Our Support Team consists of individuals with leading industry knowledge in ticketing, event management and information technology. Plus, we offer numerous online ‘how-to’ documents to help learning about features and completing setup easy.
TyTix Software Support is available by telephone, email and Google Chat, Monday through Friday (excluding legal holidays) between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm ET.
Emails are answered within 24 to 48 hours, with special considerations for “urgent” support requests. Emergency Support is available 24/7. An incident is deemed an emergency if a client cannot sell tickets. This only applies to software support and does not imply on-site support.
Software Update and New Version Releases
TyTix software updates are included in the Annual License Renewal, Support and Maintenance Fee. Future new version releases costs will be determined closer to the release date. A discount will be extended to all current TyTix customers for new version releases.
Credit Card Processing

TyTix software offers integrated credit card processing through certain third-party applications. Paymentech’s NetConnect and PC Charge Pro allow easy integration with virtually any processing network available including: TSYS, NOVA, VISA, Heartland Payment Systems, among many others.
Paymentech’s NetConnect requires a merchant account through Chase Paymentech; the integration piece (NetConnect) is free. An account with any other merchant network or merchant service provider will need to integrate with PC Charge Pro. PC Charge Pro can be purchased from Verifone at approximately $300.
TyTix does store credit card data in accordance with PCI Data Security Standards. All credit card account number and expiration information is fully encrypted and only the last four digits is shown.
